This is my very first to make a sushi...^^
Overall,The most hardest part of making sushi is how to make d appearance of sushi nicely and tightly.When u are rolling d sushi, you have to put some pressure on bamboo mat to minimize space and fix d shape of sushi .It is hard for me to do it.Of course sushi rice is the most important part among those ingredient, which you can prepare cucumber,carrot or egg.Once d cooked sushi rice cook until soft and sticky, then ur sushi consider in half way of success of making sushi.=)
Well this is my way to make sushi.
Ingredient:3 cups of Sumo rice,cucumber or others vegetables,5 spoons of vinegar rice,1 spoon of sugar, few salt and oil,Bamboo mat,Nori (sheet of seaweed), wasabi and soya source.
Making sushi rice :
- Firstly, you have to take 3 cups of rice(sumo brand) and clean it.Put ur rice into rice cooker following with 3 cups of water.
- Secondly, Prepare 5 spoons of vinegar rice by heating it with 1 spoon of sugar.
- Thirdly, Once sushi rice is done and thn put mixture of vinegar into it.Stir it and make sure mixture of vinegar absorb into sushi rice.
- Fourthly, Put d sushi rice into plate and wait it become cold for prepare to use it.REMEBER do not regfrigerate d cooked rice.
Rolling and cutting d sushi:
Lastly plating ur sushi on plate.Remember prepare some wasabi and soya source.

- Put one nori on bamboo mat.With damp hand, grab some cooked rice and spread it onto the Nori.
- Leave about half an inch of spaces at d edge of the nori furthest from u.Rub a bit of warm water on it, this will help the 2 side of nori stick together.
- Line up ur ingredients in the middle of nori.Holding the closest edge of d bamboo mat,and thn roll sushi away frm u.Remember tighten the roll as u go,d same way u would a rug to minimize excess spaces.
- Once tightened, move ur whole roll of sushi to a cutting board.Slide it first down frm d middle part of sushi and frm there u can cut it into sixth or eighths,whichever u prefer.
Lastly plating ur sushi on plate.Remember prepare some wasabi and soya source.
